Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using the United States Postal Service's Ground Advantage, whose delivery standard is 2-5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. This is beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you have any issues.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  info@arclassicrecords.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
